A&w - Oakville

I visited A&W two nights ago, on the 21st, and was a little unsure about what to order in the drive-thru. Christine, the server, was extremely friendly and patient as we figured out our order. I had a difficult day, and her kindness and incredible service really made a difference. Thank you!

I would give a negative review if I could. The customer service at this restaurant is the worst and the staff is shady. I have been here countless times as I work in the area, but I was treated poorly. They served customers who came in after me and I waited patiently three times before asking about my order, which was now 20 minutes late. The employee only started entering my order at that moment. It then took another 10 minutes to get a refund. I will never return to this place. The customer was disrespected.

The employees were very kind, fast and efficient! It usually takes a very long time for a beyond meat burger, but this was really quick! Unfortunately with all the good, comes the bad. It was EXTREMELY warm in this location, not to mention absolutely full of bee’s and flies :

Food good, but workers are unsanitary I see a worker actively throw fries with his bare hands back into the pile of fries I’m not trying to eat fries like that maybe if they took 1 second to put on gloves than yeah I hope that that’s even a store
