I was looking for a poke place close to my hotel during my trip to Oakland. Of course, I went to Yelp for my search and found Poke Parlor. Since it was close to their closing time, I didn't have time to take photos of the place. From what I recall, it was clean and sparsely decorated. What Lorenzo H doesn't like about Catering By Poke Parlor:
Came here after the gym one weekend. It was giving mid.... The rice was mushy and one big clump, the fish was not cut and chopped right like my friend got a big clump of fish and tendon and stuff and he felt gross about it, then the portion was pretty small too. Some better poke spots in the area View all feedback.

Overall, it was good but I've had better poke.

I went here for lunch right when they opened on a Wednesday. The bowl was a great option. Tasted the fresh fish and the add-on were great. The rice did not taste fresh. Seem like it was day old rice left on warm. I would get the salad option next time.
Looks pretty, average service, but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning. Had a tunaverse and I thought the spicy tuna tasted weird, but otherwise ok, so I figured it might just be the sauce I'm not used to, so I ate it all and things did not go well after that. I would be cautious, raw fish is already a risk imo, I don't think I'll be returning.
My friends loved their bowls. But THE BURRITO was soggy, flaccid, small, filled with almost no fish and whole mouthful of green onion. Biggest waste of money EVER. It was awful.
