Javi's Mexican Oakdale, Ca

Friendly, efficient server. decent atmosphere and the design beer was cold. fair prices. we ordered three different menu points and everyone was just ok. I'll try again, but try something else. I hope it's better.

This was my first visit to Javi's, I ordered two tacos, one crunchy (hard shell) and one soft, both shredded beef. They were bland, so much lettuce I thought it was a salad, the shell tasted like a store bought crunchy taco. I won't be going back to this place.

This restaurant has a very beautiful interior. I felt like I was on a fabulous tropical island or maybe on the coast in Mexico. The decor is well done. The food and the service was amazing! I will be back in the area next week and I am definitely coming back.

If your going through Oakdale and are in the mood for Mexican Food, Javi's Mexican Restaurant is the best in town. The combo plates come with Enchiladas or Tacos with your choice of meat, beans and rice. They also have some of the best chips and salsa around. If your just coming in to town from the foothills turn right on Maag St. at the Wendys. It's in the shopping center to the left.

Good food, great service and really good bar, happy hour specials and several tv screens for all your sports favorites.
