You need a new management! You must be a car at 3/5 minutes!! Even if you go in, they will not take your order!! You also have only one side of the kitchen open!! Refresh Manger girls with really long hair are now taken care of things! They needed that as a leader!!

Came here because I needed to take my medicine. I honestly regret it. I ordered 2 biggie bags with chicken sandwiches with barbecue sauce. Fries was extremely hard like they have just been sitting under the light. Chicken sandwiches were supposed to be just lettuce and mayonnaise. The chicken sandwiches had bacon and cheese. Which my son and I are allergic to both. I had to throw sandwiches out. Because when I called to correct the situation. I was told to come back in to get sandwiches made over I can’t go back because I live 30 minutes away and have to pick my child up from school. So I basically got chicken nuggets with extremely hard fries. The manager informed me he couldn’t do anything else because he doesn’t know if I come in another day he will be there. I went to pick up an order using Uber and the cashier treated me poorly and made me wait a long time to give me the order. Service: 1

Horribly run location with staff that are surly and rude, and managers that clearly don’t care about the customer. Was served UNDERCOOKED chicken and the staff didn’t seem to care. The girl at the window was more worried about her nails than properly handing me my food that I waited thirty minutes for in the drive-thru. Don’t waste your money here because you’ll get subpar service from ghetto hoodrat teenagers and worthless adults who barely care enough to make sure they do their jobs right.
