Arby's The Way It Should Be! That's the best Arby. The food tastes great and is always properly prepared. CLEAN! The place is immaculate and even the bathrooms are immaculate (this is very important). I drive almost 60 miles to eat here because the food tastes like it was back in the '70s and '80s when I was a kid. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant and this is definitely worth the trip. What Lynette W doesn't like about Arby's Restaurant:
The counter person was less than pleasant. The counter by the soda machine was a mess as were the tables. When I let them know there soda spilled everywhere it was as if no one cared. They weren’t even busy. Although it did seem as if they were training a new employee. The woman fixing the food was amazing though. She was the only positive thing outside of the food. Remodeled Arby's in Franklin was clean and we loved the new look, new bathroom etc. Service was fast, they seemed to have many employees. There's a reason we're going to Arby's for Bratbeef. The new burger they have in the menu was less than stellar. Stay on what you do best!! Warm cookies.

Good food as always. Wish the prices wouldn't come up. Excellent service would get again.
