Roka Akor Oak Brook

Every dish we tried was amazing-we shared (the roka way) the wagyu beef kimchi dumplings, chicken yakitori skewers, teriyaki chicken with Tokyo Turnips Shitakes, California maki and vegetable tempura. The children loved the chai soda and green tea limonade and the blood orange margarita was also great! Definitely recommend this place.

To be open for only 3 weeks, I would have to say this is the most amazing experience I had in a new restaurant. I was at 3 Roka Akor locations, which is an absolutely top note. From the restaurants managers to the waiter, I was blown away from the level of dedication to the quality and presentation of the dishes. Unbelievable grace, service and attention to detail. My waiter Eric is a true jewel with knowledge and wisdom and a heart of gold. Roka Akor brings fine food to a new level in this impeccable room classically decorated to reflect modern refinement! Attention to detail are absolutely stunning while the food lets you lick plates! Not a single thing I would improve on and the staff bravo!

You eat with your eyes first. I couldn't agree anymore!! All about rokaakoroakbrook was remarkable From the moment I came into the moment when I was greeted by a pleasant hostess and by the cook (the best seats in the house) I sat in the positive mood was this place had to offer S/o to my server for well informed regarding the food He knew every little detail about each menu item. how the court is ready to eat it! I was impressed bc I have not seen this level of skill anywhere else S/o to Chef Kristian for his the most talented and humble cook ever Every single dish I had exceeded my expectations The service was excellent I finished my meal on a cheerful note with this beautiful and delicious Ube Dessert If you have not been here, I recommend you try it.

We went on a Friday night completely impromptu. The decor is top notch, the music was excellent, and the show of being able to see the kitchen is cool. Our cocktails were unique spins on classic favorites, our food was phenomenal, and our service was the best I had without in a 5-star restaurant in downtown with a sports jacket. We have already agreed that we will go back and have discussed our experience in the restaurant honestly about the rest of our weekend. We'll be back soon!

Both times we've gone, we had such an awesome experience! We had Wendy as our server each time and she's GREAT!! Always recommends the best wine and food.
