Very friendly staff and delicious food! Highly recommend this place, open for everyone

Service is a little bit too distant. There's no interaction with customers. Fells like you're ordering at a fast food. They also use to attend to online orders before attend to people who is there, so it might take a long time to get your food even if you're the only one in place. Environment, looks like it used to be something else there and bately transformed it to sell pancakes. There's no visual identity, the pictures at the wall are strange, decoration is not related to a pancake shop. Sometimes they have music, but it's not international music. So I use to feel a bit dislocated when I'm there. Anyway, despite of those things i keep coming back, mainly because my daughter likes the food. So, a hint to the onwer would be: improve decoration and service, but mainly, treat better the children. Give them extra ice cream, or extra vispgräde, os baloon, lollipop.. they will always remember it and ask to come back!

Super cute and amazingly delicious creations! Small American pancakes, crêpes, bigger pancakes, pancake rolls, milkshakes...! The staff was super nice. The only negative is that the place itself is not that cozy with plastic chairs and a rather bare room, but the concept is winning and a perfect place to have a hearty gofika! All children definitely appreciate it!
