Tonight we stayed at the counter to swallow the flour. the dinner was great, the flour was very good, as well as the cheese focaccia and also great service, but ahimè note painful the price. I think that for an average portion of flour 7 euros we are a little excessive, but that can pass, but 10 euros 4 slices of focaccia to cheese, when in Liguria they cost half (justly also as materials and work,) we are really too... The best flour in the world: thin and crispy. staff and friendly owners, excellent selection of wines and prices more than just.

Moreover a bottle of water (plastic) from half liter 3 euro is not there really, not in such a place. I'm sorry, but we'll look elsewhere next time.
