Service was very good. Attentive but not overbearing. My food was very good indeed. A small wine selection pushed me towards the house red, which turned out to be a good place to be. I would jump at the opportunity to return. View all feedback.
What Kelly Verhoeven doesn't like about Sexy Mamma Love Spaghetti:
This is our family’s favourite's restaurant the food and service is amazing. However, after reading the owner’s social media posts followed by the local news paper report I won’t ever dine there again. View all feedback.
My honest review of the food is that it's pretty good not mind blowing, there are better places for pasta but you'll have a SOLID plate of pasta here. But the owner is a grade A, premium wagyu, prime fillet nobhead with no self awareness. They are not inclusive, they are not mindful and certainly not demure. I would highly consider avoiding this establishment and the others they own.

Came here to eat a few weeks ago with friends who were visiting. I appreciate the restaurant is very small which is why we have to sit outside if the few tables inside are occupied, but the area was very poorly kept and the tables rocking all over the place. We were then left waiting for almost 10 minutes for a drinks order and then when we asked for a menu we were told to go and take a picture of the A-board because they don’t do menus. Asked for an allergen sheet and was told there wasn’t one which I’m sure is a legal requirement… Fast forward 15 minutes are we finally got to place an order, though it took a while as the young lady taking the order went off to talk to her mum half way through. Finally received our food, small portion and was a little tasteless and watery, both the spicy prawn spaghetti and the gammon ragu which was bulked out with sausage and wasn’t listed on the menu. Not great for a £15 plate. The bread balsamic and olive oil was good, though that is very hard to get wrong. We quickly finished our meal because we wanted to get out of there, though we were again held up by the staff who we had to ask three times for the bill. Won’t be going back. Overpriced, poor quality, guests under appreciated by the staff and misleading menu. I could make better at home for a couple quid a plate.
Very good food and nice service. I deduct stars for the inability to pay in cash.
Really love the food, the wine and the laid back authentic atmosphere. Fabulous addition to West Bridgford.
