Papa John's Pizza - Nottingham

So first I thought this would be a 1-star review LOL!!! But if a business goes beyond and beyond to make it right, credit is definitely due! Tonight I ordered a pizza for me and my 1 3 years. Cheese pizza stuffed crust. Basic. Because my babies are picky and don't like meat topping etc like pretty every child on the planet came and I got it and brought it into the kitchen and opened the box. It was a meat lover? Pizza I guess like 25 different types of meat lol and I knew my kids would never eat it. I tried, and they literally separated it, and my son threw it on the ground. So I called the store, Manager Troy probably got me the new right pizza within 23 minutes. So when it came out of the oven, combed and it was at my door. He could probably hear my kids scream in the background because it's pizza night and they wanted pizza! So thank you to the driver for returning super fast and get my babies their cheese pizza and thanks to Troy for a great manager and make it happen! You have a long time Loyal customer!! Pizza was fresh and delicious. And if you put it in the air frit for about 5-6 minutes, it is even more tasty.

Consistently good pizza. Nice staff/driver. On a separate note, and not a reflection of this place, but Papa John’s should not wander into the call center style order. The telephone operators hardly speak English and take the ordering process too long. I think they hired the Dunkin Donuts Peeps to answer their calls. Good luck.
