Dirty Dried out Noodles. Made the 40 degree walk to This joint on Hinley street. Usual quality is good but occasionally they skimp on the meat and veg and give you a box of .50 cent noodles for 10 dollars. depends on who is working the counter. anyways, today the noodle tasted dry and uncooked. when I took it back to complain, I was told that's the way the noodles are.
