Waited for nearly an hour in line. Very rude workers! And when we did finally get our food the famous bowls taisted just horrible, the tacos were nearly empty shells, certainly not the Supreme that I ordered, and the last item ordered was open andupside down in the bag! Never again!!!

Burritos have gotten smaller and more expensive. Service is decent however. Some parts of the building seem in disrepair.

The windows were dirty for two consecutive days. My first visit was enjoyable, but during my second visit, the food was almost too salty to eat.

I had a disappointing experience with a family order of 16 pieces. The staff counted the chicken three times before we even inquired about the delay. Two employees seemed unsure about how to handle our order. In the end, we left without any food, an apology, or any resolution. I wouldn't recommend this place.

They got the order right this time and delivered it promptly.
