Lupitas has really great staff and they are always think about their customers. They have many returning customers because of this. Their burritos are good and their nachos are awesome. Definitely would recommend them. I also learned that they take request for 3ft burritos for parties. They are massive! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lupita's:
If you're looking for a place to eat where the food is just okay but the customer service is terrible, then this is the place for you. When I called to place an order, the young lady who answered was incredibly rude. I didn't even get a chance to ask for more information or better service, she just wanted to take my order and get me off the phone. View all feedback.
Sorry to say this is my least favorite food in Norwalk. The food was not fresh, bland, and lack presentation. Not my cup of tea. I gave it a try today and that will be my last.
This place gives first-rate service and yummy food. My favourite restaurant in the city. The food arrived quick and the rates are economical. Recommended.
I only gave it 1 star due to customer service... The young woman who took the phone order and was at the register is very RUDE!!! When I placed my order she was just plain rude over phone... their website listed the nachos as nacho Supreme and when I asked for them she asked if I was ordering creamy nachos and then laughed and said Oh you mean nacho super which I didn't mind the honest mistake if it weren't for her bad attitude in the way she said it. And then when I got there I said look this is why I was confused on what type of nachos to call it ....the website says Supreme. She was totally disregarding and said why I've never seen that before in my life! And turned around and walked away from me. Only to turn around a Minute later to ask me my name and had me wait again for me to to pay and receive my order when it was already sitting on the counter directly behind her. if you can tolerate very rude service. I my self will not be contributing to a business that treats there customers this way.when I got home the food was awful! The nachos super consisted of nacho chip nacho cheese unsalted hamburger meat in jalapenos also the beans from the bean and cheese burrito for very watery and unflavored my husband wanted to take all the food back

I’ve been going to this place for 20 years. Food has always been top of the line, quality food. I recommend this restaurant to any one looking for Authentic Mexican Food. Burritos mojados son los mejores!
