What Yumi Kim doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Worst customer service. We haven’t gone back to this place since last October. As soon as we got there, it started storming and it caused part of the ceiling to collapse. We took a photo to ask a family member to pick us up as we didn’t have umbrellas with us and it seemed impossible to walk home. I have a service dog and was approached by a shift manager saying no dog allowed I explained she is as service dog was asked for proof which on her harness is clearly states service dog by the disability act 2010 she isn't allowed to question me. Then as I was leaving another staff member shouted across to me saying dogs aren't allowed again this was upsetting for me I said she is a service dog she apologised but not before causing me stress. Please retrain staff as this behaviour isn't acceptable and against my rights
Long wait due to online delivery men getting served. Food cold by the time we got home 5 min drive
My granddaughter works there so go and pick her up when she is on a late shift so handy to get something to eat while I'm there.
Absolutely pathetic service, literally everytime I go..... can you park in a bay please
They're very unlucky to be so busy but the staff are always on the ball
