California Pizza Kitchen At Northridge

Still my favorite CPK location. Staff is always friendly and willing to make you comfortable. My regular order of the BBQ chopped salad and kids mac n cheese w/ edamame is always consistently delicious. The servers always are attentive and will fulfill any request if reasonable. Tip: avoid rush hours like lunch and date nights if you must go, go early. Also, join their rewards program to earn dough bucks towards future orders.

The service was horrible. We ordered our food with drinks and the guy handed us our order only to find out later that our order was missing drinks. So I had to drive back to pick up our drinks, in which they didn't even apologize. And the pizza did not taste good at all, it was dry and tasted like rubber.

Location 4: In Northridge Fashion Center, Northridge, CA in SFV. Self-parking is free but hard to find as there are way too many businesses there that attract large crowds, including an AMC Theatre. There is no Valet parking near the restaurant. Limited EV charging available but always occupied. Venue 4: Large and inviting set up with indoor booths and table seating, a good-sized all tables (no booths) outdoor patio area, and a small bar area that is shared with the open kitchen counter and usually not busy. Wait can be long on weekends and AFAIK they do not take reservations. Service 3: Service is mostly friendly yet average. I have not had great service or bad service though; mostly OK. Servers do tend to disappear for long periods of time and getting refills on water or sodas, or placing additional orders can be challenging. Food 3: Average-sized menu compared to competing restaurants. Pizza is of course their main offering, and they have a lot of options there. They also have soups, sandwiches, small plates and main dishes. The menu changes often and my favorites such as the Chicken Milanese disappear after a while. I do like their burger and their Thai Salad. Prices are reasonable. Drinks 3: Full bar as well as beer, wine and soft drinks. Drink prices are reasonable. The Last Word 3: Still a solid choice with reasonable service, food and prices. I have been going to CPK for many years now and have no plans to stop!

CPK has been a favorite for years!!! I LOVE their Kung Pao Spaghetti!! It's my absolute FAVORITE! Service was fantastic, my server was so kind and attentive. CPK always makes you feel like you're at home. It's no wonder why so many families were there and the food is delicious! They also have great pizzas!

I had a lunch date with my future mother in law after an afternoon of shopping. We had the half ordered Thai crunch salad and chicken tequila fettuccine pasta and it was a perfect amount of food for lunch. We asked our server if it would be too much food if we got the full plate, I'm glad she was honest with us instead of making the check go higher. She said it would be too big for us to finish plus with how filling the pasta is. We appreciate it. The Thai crunch salad was soo delicious and fresh. The dressing we asked for on the side just in case the salad would be drenched in the sauce. It was yummy and the half portion is enough to share between two people as a starter. The chicken tequila fettuccine pasta is always my go to and we had to box it up for leftovers because we couldn't finish it. The restaurant was clean and not too busy yet steady for the lunch rush. Water refills were coming even though I apologized that I drink a lot of water. Will return again soon for another lunch date!
