Mcdonalds - Northampton

There was quite a queue when we arrived at this particular McDonald’s drive thru. We didn’t have the most complicated order but also something that required care. Tom delivered our food to us with such an ambitious positivity which I can only aspire to in...my daily life. I believe he had encountered some grief from some customers before us, yet this was undetectable from his exceptional customer service. Although there was an item missing from our order, we received the most commendable customer service expected from a nation wide chain, and then some. Thank you Tom Letts for making this chicken mayo, the best chicken mayo! Lots of love The girls in the Fiat

Been here quite few times since they open and every time there is a problem. First time we waited 20 minutes after paying for them to tell me the only item I ordered wasn’t available. Past couple times now they’ve messed up my food order...like today ordered a bacon tastey but only cheese and bacon and when got home it had everything except bacon and was doused in the sauce so again I go hungry tonight

Went by drive thru, which placed half of our order and after which please no ice on the first drink was said to move into the first window. we had not finished our order, and we could not edit in the window and add to the other meal. it was not...used if we had finished our order and were just torn along. the employees of the drive have not a nice approach to us when we explained that they did not let us finish and was not at all apologetic. when we wanted to cancel the order, she didn't even speak and then ignored us. not happy with the service.

At last a mcdonalds box, which cooked the food freshly my fires tasted like fries and not gum buttons!

I've never had such a bad experience with mcdonaldsthe girl who took my order, it's 5 times messed up before the wrong order was enforced. I checked in when I paid and said they would sort it. 25 minutes later, after complaining to two employees. Join me to receive my cold and inedible meal after 22 years of my need, they can push it now where the sun does not seem.
