I am horrified to report that I found a piece of plastic in my freshii bowl yesterday at the York Mills Centre. After telling the staff about it, they simply asked if I would like a new bowl and then half-apologized as an afterthought. I have no idea how many more pieces there were and if I already ingested some.Really disappointed in the food quality and service. View all feedback.
I placed my order and observed the cashier handling cash and change with gloves, then continuing to make my meal with the same gloves. It was disgusting.

Disgusting food nothing here is fresh. This franchise should not be in business. Food poisoning and mistreatment of employees is their specialty.
