Food is nice. They usually arrive 10 mins or so after expected time though, but nothing major. And one of the menu items is wrong. But over all a very good take away. Used them a few times now. View all feedback.

Delivered pizza was completely wrong AND stone cold. Classic combo of yet another once great takeaway option. Just avoid at all costs.
Ordered via the website at 7.35 on a Friday evening, estimated delivery time 30-45 mins. After waiting calling a couple of times to be told the order was on the way it finally arrived at 9.20. The food that arrived was not what we ordered and was burnt to the point of being inedible. Called back to request that the food be collected and requested a refund, they didn’t come back then stopped answering the phone. Awful service, don’t waste your money.
I think Mario's has much improved since the last reviews in 2019. We have had several pizza's from Mario's Pizza this year and they have all been lovely. We have a hot dog stuffed crust and it is delicious. Toppings are generous and good quality. We wouldn't keep going back if they weren't good.
Where to begin, ordered through just eat, took a good while for the food to arrive, when it did there was all sorts of hidden charges, delivery, service etc. which hadn't been explained on the app. They dropped off the pizzas and left as quickly as possible, we quickly realised they hadn't delivered the chips and cheese so called up, we were told that it was an accident and they would give us 2 portions to make up for it when they had a minute but that they were busy and he refused to give a time, followed by them immediately hanging up. Then the driver called me and said that I hadn't ordered chips with cheese, when I read him the receipt he accused me of lying about the food and that he had delivered it. No food ever arrived after the pizza. Very disappointed with the service and incomplete order. Pizzas were average at best.
Wow, unfortunately this app made me have to give a star just to leave a review. One more star than it deserves Pizza tastes like watery tomato juice from the bottom of a bin. Bread has absolutely no taste. Ordered chips and cheese, didn't put cheese on. These creatures can't even get 2 ingredients right. Avoid and eat some road kill, it's cheaper.
