What Vida Abshire doesn't like about Castello:
Great ambience is the only one based on our visit. The rude maître d (blonde Frau) badly switched off the things you go for us, and several other parties stayed in the foyer 's awkward doors. Our waitress, while nice, didn't know the menu and forget to deliver silverware for dinner and missed 2x inquiries completely (drinks, and fixing a very wobbly table). I visited the restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and we were attended by Madison S. She was very attentive, kind, and welcoming, which was refreshing in a somewhat upscale environment. Despite it being the end of the night, she was still engaging and fun. The atmosphere was great with friendly faces all around. The food was delicious, particularly the coffee and dessert!
