I visited the restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and we were attended by Madison S. She was very attentive, kind, and welcoming, which was refreshing in a somewhat upscale environment. Despite it being the end of the night, she was still engaging and fun. The atmosphere was great with friendly faces all around. The food was delicious, particularly the coffee and dessert! What Vida Abshire doesn't like about Castello:
Great ambience is the only one based on our visit. The rude maître d (blonde Frau) badly switched off the things you go for us, and several other parties stayed in the foyer 's awkward doors. Our waitress, while nice, didn't know the menu and forget to deliver silverware for dinner and missed 2x inquiries completely (drinks, and fixing a very wobbly table). Our first time in the new location. What a beautiful place. Much bigger and brighter. Large bar and even rooms for live entertainment. Enjoyed the old place, but this is a total makeover. Even better were the food choices. Great part for soup and salad. Fish were fresh and delicious. Oh, and a BYOB for wine. Appropriately expensive. Great ambience in this room. Wil def is back.
It's my first time to dinate in this beautiful place. Lunchtime and there is a good number of customers. My order was Poke... tuna with brown rice and colorful vegetables. The price was so reasonable. I will definitely come back and order the same. Very healthy and has a good part. Many parking spaces. Wonderful people and friendly.

Our waitress, while nice, didn't know the menu and forget to deliver silverware for dinner and missed 2x inquiries completely (drinks, and fixing a very wobbly table). Finally, the 'Ravioli Special' was boiled and swim in an inconspicuous cheese sauce. My wife enjoyed the Bucatini. But we both wanted to get out early. We had heard that the former Blue Bells was a secret place for incredible Italian cuisine. We will shoot him again sometime in the future and I will update my review accordingly. But by then I would suggest exploring elsewhere.
I had my birthday celebration at Castello's and had an amazing time. The food and drinks were excellent. Josephine treated us to her famous Espresso Martini, which was delicious. This restaurant is definitely our top choice in town.
Absolutely loved my experience. Our waitress knocked it out of the park. Very polite and professional. I ordered a glass of wine from the menu, but it was out of stock. Our waitress apologized and was honest about why they did not have it. Great portions for the price. On my entree, it was not overloaded with pasta and had a nice balance of seafood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back.
