What Jerrod Streich doesn't like about Sotto on West:
Coffee here is not as strong as Vento, Vento is much stronger while the coffee is more milk-based here (Vento has Tobys, while Sotto has all pressed). Recommend the coffee in any case to Vento instead of sotto View all feedback.

read moreDespite receiving some mixed reviews, the restaurant in question offers a range of well-prepared dishes that leave customers satisfied. The customer service is a mixed bag, with some experiencing terrible service while others find it friendly and apologetic. The food is generally well-received, with smaller portion sizes that leave diners feeling satisfied. The juice of the day is fresh and served generously, though some find the prices to be on the higher side. The decaf coffee has been criticized, but the regular coffee seems to be of good quality. While the service may not be the best, the delicious food, such as the Colonel's chicken, makes it worth a visit for those not in a rush.
