Contribute FeedbackCafe 119 has shown improvements, with attention to design and layout. Although busy, the food like sweet potato fries and paninis were delicious. However, service was lacking, with long waits, missing items, and grease on bacon. The atmosphere is welcoming, with vegan options and a friendly vibe. Overall, the cafe offers a variety of food and drink options but could benefit from better service and attention to detail.
The cafe 119 began to improve well since the beginning of the year, from 1 hour waiting times for 1 coffee and 1 small meal and tables that were never cleaned or cleaned. I have avoided this place for one because you look at it by looking past or thinking about the return and knowing if the food was great, the service was painful. Unfortunately, today seems to have been either another bad day or just typical café 119 service. we ordered 2 coffees and 2 sausage balls, we knew what we wanted to run there. during the order I was offered white or brown what I thought was strange for a baptism, and had to wait while the person who served me to check with the kitchen. my order was not read back to me before the payment. we were served 2 bacon sandwiches on brown brot, I simply asked the bar if our order had been mixed or changed. I said they fled from sausages and thought I had said speck. I guess that was what had to be checked in the kitchen when I looked stupid enough to get away with the serving of speck because they had no sausages cooked and didn't want to tell me from any reason. I felt like it was somehow my fault through the rude and flustered manager. definitiw ivy kitchen or costa from now on. also the wetherspoon around the corner has much better service. again disappointed.
£16 for 1 sausage not very good quality I must add) 1 a much burned dry piece speck very small pot toast with butter only in the middle no complementary tee / coffee nice environment but food hygiene on the table could...better must look in the gaps on the wooden table not big.
With my wife, son and daughter to the breakfast instead of wetherspoons when we thought it would be better quality, very disappointed to say there was nothing better. definitiw no price-performance ratio £7 for a sausage, ice, piece speck, small pot of luke warm. bon and a round toast, tee or coffee extra. will not go back definitiw. must say that the staff was very good, so no problem with the service.
It was very busy, but we quickly found a table or a drink and eat and wait. the hot drinks came quite fast, too fast, as eating came quite slowly and consequently we had drunk our drinks when the food... was taken over, which was not ideal. I wish caffes would bring their act together and serve them at the same time. after we had said that we had paninis and they were delicious and the little salat they came with was also delicious, especially the cole Slav. I was disappointed that the staff didn't wear masks, as it was judged at the time.
Nice cafe, some thought had been put into the design and layout. Was very busy when we visited, had to wait for a table to be cleared before we could sit. We had to ask for menus and then wait for someone to take our...order (about 10 minutes), then had 2 further waitresses ask in the 20 minutes that we waited for our drinks and the further 10 minutes for the food (they forgot the garlic mayo which we had to ask for). The sweet potato fries were really good and once we had the garlic mayo it was a great combination. The bacon sandwich was cooked well although the bacon could of done with being dabbed with a paper cloth before being put on the bread to save on all the grease. In all the food and drink was good and only let down by the service and attention to detail (napkins to wipe your hands).
