This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were very polite. The facility was clean and well-kept. I ordered an Italian sub with balsamic vinaigrette and banana peppers, while my girlfriend had a roasted turkey sub on a soft roll. We both really enjoyed our sandwiches—they were delicious! My first time trying them today had to wait for awhile Pauly said, hey want bread with your salad I said sure I’ll try some thank you, then he told the kid working in the back to add bread with salad,, when I checked the bag, no bread, I was sooo disappointed, really wanted to try it with bread.. Pauly has to make sure things are getting done right View all feedback.
Very solid Italian sandwich. Everything from meat, cheese and bread was fresh. Also got the pasta salad and that was really good.
First time going to Paulys went in got something fast on break and got the snail salad and it was amazing deffently going back .
Perhaps my new favorite spot in RI for Italian Subs and Snail Salad. They do everything right. My platonic ideal of an Italian Grinder in Rhode Island. In the same ranks of Italian Corner, (East Providence), Dee 's (Cranston), and Natale 's (East Greenwich) as premier destinations for Italian sandwiches in this state.
Never disappointed with any order! Food is always fresh and amazing. Pauley’s catering is just as great!! And the best chicken salad ever.
I ordered an eggplant parmesan sandwich and although the eggplant and the hard roll were good, I was surprised and disappointed that the red sauce was extremely spicy. Usually, a marinara sauce is not spicy. Arrabbiata, yes. Marinara, no. It pretty much ruined the sandwich for me--I couldn't even eat it.
