The hotel is very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable. The food is very good. I'd not experienced the amount of food options in a hotel setting before. Serving portions were more than I expected. The restaurant staff was friendly and almost family-like. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock:
Only thing to look at out the window was a brick wall. Mixed vegetables extremely over salted. Prime rib was sliced thin like a slice of roast beef. Eat the breakfast but not the rest of the meals. Omelets were prepared by Marie and she did a great job. View all feedback.
Just a quick overnight on our way driving to Texas. Hotel was generally conveniently located off the main highway through town. Facility was dated, but still in generally good shape. Our rate included breakfast which looked good, but I didn't take advantage of the next morning.
The price was very good and the beds were great and the hotel staff was very friendly and I did like the restaurants is there any served a lot of food and everything was great in the hotel staff was very friendly
We stayed here with our kids for a little getaway booked in the middle of the week and had the pool all to ourselves. I requested a room with a pool view and they gave me one with a door leading out to the pool which I loved. The rooms were so nice and the beds were so comfy. Had great shower pressure. Rooms also came with an amazing breakfast bar. Thank you for a great stayNearby activities: We went to the zoo andWe also went to Big Rock Fun ParkBoth we’re about 10/15 minutes awaySafety: I’m a very protective mom because we homeschool and I spend a lot of time with my kids. I felt very safe at this location. I normally don’t let my kids do anything without me but I felt safe enough to let them go anywhere around the hotel without me.Food drinks: The breakfast bar was very good with plenty to choose from
My wife and I stayed at this Wyndham while in town to support her brother, who was having surgery. Very good pricing for our stay, and the complimentary breakfast included a made-to-order waffle and omelet station and great service. Front desk staff very helpful in making this a very nice stay. We had a late night train departure, and besides being provided with a decent place to store our luggage between late checkout and departure time, we had a room with privacy to change into our riding clothes, and had great shuttle service to the train station.Food drinks: Complimentary made-to-order waffles and omelets raised the level of their complimentary breakfast! Engaging staff very helpful in bringing beverages to the table.
I stayed here for three nights recently for a conference. The good: Housekeeping was very good. My room was perfectly clean. The conference facilities were good, although the chairs in the conference rooms could have been more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was good, although I have seen a better variety of items at some other hotels. Still, there was both a hot bar and a cold bar, and I didn't leave hungry any of the three mornings I ate there. The omelet station was very good, and the service was fantastic. The riverfront location is nice, although the main commercial district of North Little Rock is about a 10 minute drive away. If you're a baseball fan, you can walk across the street to Dickey Stephens Park where the AA Arkansas Travelers play. If you're here on the right night, you could get a free fireworks show as I did. The layout of the hotel is really convenient with two large floors of 100+ rooms. This makes it easy for conference attendees to go to their rooms for breaks, etc. and minimizes trips up and down elevators or stairs. The so so: The rooms and amenities are pretty basic. I would have been disappointed if I had paid the usual non conference weekend rate for the room. The bad: Maintenance was an absolute disaster. I noticed there was a leak under the bathroom sink whenever I used it. Soon thereafter, the cold water supply line to the sink became detached from the faucet and flooded the floor of the bathroom before I could close the shutoff valve. To the hotel's credit, their engineering staff fixed the problem within about 30 minutes. Later in the weekend, I noticed some areas of the popcorn ceiling bulging slightly. Saturday afternoon, as I took a break from the conference, I noticed some white powder on the floor and determined it was coming from the ceiling. Upon my return at the end of the day on Saturday, about a square foot of the ceiling had collapsed, making a big mess on the floor between the beds. Finally, the shower handle was loose and felt as if it would stop working leaving the water either stuck on or off, but it worked long enough to get me through my stay. Front desk staff was apologetic, but I was quite disappointed that I had to deal with these issues at a purported 3 star hotel. The included free wi fi is unsecured. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it, because this is unacceptable in 2023.I deducted two stars for the maintenance issues. I believe this was an exceptional case as I did not hear complaints of similar issues among any of my fellow attendees. However, I would choose another hotel unless I was possibly attending another conference.
