Visited Pancheros today for a pick up order and while they were swamped with construction workers, their team managed to keep things moving. The order wasn't exactly ready on time, but given the unexpected rush, I can totally understand. The wait wasn't too long, which was appreciated! Now, let's talk food. The burritos? Absolutely wonderful! They've got the flavors and fillings dialed in just right. And if you're thinking of adding a side, don't miss out on the chips and queso they were top notch. All in all, a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Pancheros to anyone craving some hearty Mexican food. The occasional delay is a small price to pay for such delightful fare.

I have picked up orders two times in 2 days and each time I've had food quality issues. Once with curdled sour cream in a burrito and another with scarce ingredients on a quesadilla (got more tortilla than cheese meat). Quality control needed at this location. The food at this Pancheros is great! The service however not so much. The employees seem distracted lots of the time, talking to each other and not helping customers as fast as they should be. Atmosphere isn't as good as it used to be. Employees don’t really seem to care anymore, and where they prepare the food it isn’t as clean anymore. Also never order to-go from here, as it is never ready when you arrive and you have to wait extra time for it to get done. You are best off standing and waiting for your food. Expect to wait 15-20 mins during a busy time because of these things.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Sat there and waited for 30 min after the time it was supposed to be ready. 3 guys behind the counter looked stoned out of their minds and completely ignored everyone. I want my money back. Never did get my food. I will never go back to this store. Sad what it has become. Store is unclean. Disgusting. Flies everywhere. Food: 1
