We had a wonderful dinner experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, complemented by enjoyable music. Our server was fantastic—she was attentive and very friendly. The ribs were absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous; we couldn't finish all of our food. It was a lovely evening with the family. View all feedback.
What Don Rico doesn't like about Tgi Fridays:
As for our waitress, she seemed more focused on clocking in and out than providing good service. She did the bare minimum and rarely checked on us. On a positive note, the food came out surprisingly quickly, but the portion of fries served was more like a fast-food value size. Conveniently located inside the hotel. Food was good, but seemed a little over priced for the quality. Service was great.
Good food and good service have been there a few times over the last couple of years and both are consistent. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is nice.
Food was good. Wait staff was pretty good. 1 of them was kind of rude, but it was also busy. But pretty good experience overall.
The service was amazing. Had a waiter that had the prettiest hairs. So dark and shiny. He was kind and amazing. Restaurant was super clean. It was relaxing and enjoyable.
I was here a couple of weeks ago for a movie and dinner. I ordered a wing and rib combo. We arrived at the restaurant about 3:30pm. We waited at the front about 5 minutes but there was no hostess in site. There were a few other people in the restaurant already seated and eating. So we began to seat ourselves and finally someone showed up. After we were seated there was a mix up about who was supposed to serve us. So we had some back and forth with that for a bit with the severs. We finally ordered and the food came in about 10 minutes. My friend ordered a steak with potatoes and broccoli. We also had a spinach and chips appetizer. The food was pretty good. No one being there to seat us and the little mix up was a little annoying but I would visit again. Also their apple butter barbecue sauce is fabulous!!!
