Clean and friendly staff. Food has changed a bit since the last time I visited. Honestly, the best foods were the specialty night offerings, it was BBQ night. Brisket, ribs, and pulled pork were great. Buffalo cauliflower was so yummy!!!

The Medley Buffet at the Aliante Casino was excellent today,8-23-2019. We had 4 in our party. The sirloin steaks were very tasty, being cooked to a medium rare condition. The stuffed flounder and cooked shrimp were exceptional. I also enjoyed some bratwurst and sauerkraut. The barbecue ribs with tangy sauce were delicious. I enjoyed my favorite dessert, two scoops of coconut ice cream. The entire meal was consumed with several glasses of iced tea, served by an outstanding waiter. Both couples used coupons getting their second buffet meal free.
