Applebee's you have lost your appeal. Last night was the worst experience ever. Bartenders that aren't bartenders, lack of experience. Ordered vodka tonic, no tonic, ordered old fashioned, no bitters after the bartender had to Google how to make it, ordered cosmopolitan, Google again. Came here with my husband for some delicious calories that we could burn off while shopping afterwards. There was a 20 minute wait but we decided to stay so we could use that time to look at a menu and decide on our meal. After we were seated, our server Nick promptly gave over to us and took our drink order. They were out of bone-in wings which my husband wanted as an app so we needed a little more time to order. We ended up getting Onion Rings and Chicken Quesadilla to share (both of which we didn't finish but we delicious) we wanted to make room for our actual entrees so we ate about half of our apps. We both ordered the Bourbon Burger because one of us couldn't decide. My husband finished the burger, I couldn't but it was good. I have nothing to complain about other than I wish I had another chance to finish that quesadilla

The food was fabulous the food was fabulous here on Craig at the Applebee's it was my birthday and it was fabulous

Sent back queso and chips, chips stale. They blamed everything on Covid, please people, quit using Covid as an excuse for your lack of experience. Applebee's hire bartenders that are actually bartenders, not someone that works in medical field and is pretending to be a bartender.
The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The food came out hot and it was delicious. I would go back when in the area.
