The North East Dunkin is by far my favorite local Dunkin Donuts! I have 4 locations I could stop at on my way to work and I will choose this one every time! What Mary Bricker Jenkins doesn't like about Dunkin':
Unsanitary, irresponsible, no advertised product. Only one of several employees was properly wearing a mask. When I told two staff that the masks were ineffective if not covering the nose one pulled hers down and glared at me. The other pulled hers up abit. Even if you don't believe in masks, they are required in this setting. Their behavior put me at risk, and they have noright to do that. View all feedback.
7/12/2022 lobby wasnt open at the indicated time the associate turned away 4 paying customers saying she only had 3 workers including herself and that drive thru was more important she let in an individual with a mobile order go inside and locked thedoor back on us being rude asking if we wanted a job horrible experience if she cant handle the job its no reason to let hermanage or open the store no reason to allow useless individuals be keyholders
Great! The food is delicious and the lemonade is not too sugary which surprises me because most places have sugary lemonade. I went there for breakfast one time and I loved it!
I often bring my two dogs with me on weekends and evenings, and every employee interacts with them! Tonight, I let them have the pup cup, and they absolutely loved it. Thank you, Dunkin', for making my mornings—and many of my evenings and weekends—so enjoyable! You’re my favorite coffee shop, and this location is truly wonderful! I really appreciate your fantastic service!
The restaurant was unsanitary and irresponsible, and they didn’t have the products they advertised. Only one of the several employees was properly wearing a mask. When I pointed out to two staff members that masks are ineffective if they don’t cover the nose, one of them lowered hers and glared at me, while the other adjusted hers slightly. Regardless of personal beliefs about masks, they are required in this type of establishment. Their actions put me at risk, and they have no right to do that.
The drinks were good, but they forgot the topping. Additionally, I found several hairs in my egg bites. It was really busy, but that was quite unappetizing.
