Cheese Louise North Conway

A friend shaved that we should try. No Porkin ' Way is delicious AF and has no meat. And I almost inhaled my order from The Baconator. The boiler chips and the horseradish diving are heavenly. I hope you're coming to NY. I was just visiting, but will come back for more grilled cheese quality.

Fast and friendly service. Both my fiancé and I got the patine (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, pesto, balsamicum, on handicraft bread). Really. Absolutely delicious. Flavorful and slightly crispy outside. Even better, it wasn't enormous or heavy. Only the correct amount of fat and cheese to make it satisfying, but not over-indulgent. Yum!

We had a delicious “Canadian” grilled cheese and the very tasty tomato soup. Staff was very friendly. Eco-friendly, too! Definitely recommend stopping here.

July 1, 2022 We had Cheese Louise Food Truck, catering our Welcome Dinner for our son's wedding weekend, July 1, 2022. We had the pleasure of working with Sullivan Gaudreault, Food Truck Manager for Cheese Louise, he was very helpful and thorough. There are several choices of Artisan grilled cheese, my favorite, The Baconator. The grilled cheese comes with a side of chips. We added two other sides; garden salad and/or mango salsa. Their lemonade is delicious. The Price is very fair and portions are generous. Cheese Louise supplies the plates, napkins and utensils. The truck is very clean and shiny black with outside stringed lights, a nice wooden menu on the side that is easy to read. The staff is very efficient and very personable. They arrived on time and left without a trace. All 68 guests loved Cheese Louise and Artisan Grilled Cheese. I would highly recommend Cheese Louise, you won't be disappointed.
