One of the best restaurants I was in Rochester. probably the best tacos I had throughout the upstate region. On Friday and Saturday they serve Brisket and it is probably my favorite dish in the whole city. Very recommended. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Itacate Chili:
They were from Enchiladas and brown beans when I called. I ordered a chicken Burrito and 2 beef tacos. I don't think the chicken was done because it was shrunk, but it couldn't fall or pull apart and we? I'm tough. Not much taste at all. And not so warm. For the price and quality I could? ve went to Chipotle or Moes and go more quality more taste more authentic. That was terrible. View all feedback.

Shrimp tacos are amazing, great taste and presentation. However Steak taco was slightly missing taste. Did not experience the true Mexican steak taste I had expected. Regarding customer experience not accept Apple Pay is a deterrent in 2022.
Cafeteria style sit down environment with music playing from a radio in the window. Only one person working and he was doing his best. He couldn't take time to explain the menu or do anything custom. Pretty expensive for a quick lunch. Positive note the chips and salsa were very good. Honestly I make better fish tacos at home with fish sticks, boom boom sauce and slaw.
Disappointed. The staff were friendly and I could tell they were trying, but the food was just missing something. I had to ask for some sort of hot sauce just to add some heat, but was charged $1.25. I feel like that 's a bit bizarre. They should have Tabasco on the tables. The flavor lacked and yet somehow certain flavors were overwhelming so much so that I couldn 't really taste anything else (yet it was bland). I know that sounds like a contradiction. But it 's the only way I can describe it. My stomach hurt after the food. For the price, I gotta say that I wouldn 't pay that again. I 'm not really sure I 'd go back at all to be honest. Not trying to be a Karen, I think they just need some tweaks.
