Brick House Pizza - North Chelmsford

I really hate to leave a bad review for brickhouse because it used to be one of our favorite spots but lately its been pretty awful. I hardly ever leave reviews but we are very disappointed. The past two times we have ordered from them we have had bad experiences. Our pizza has been burnt twice, the staff are rude and unfriendly and seem irritated for just calling them and the delivery person simply said come to the front door and hung up the phone.. Its really a shame because their pizza and service used to be really good. Hopefully things change and maybe we will try them again at some point but not anytime soon.

Not impressed at all. Walked in, ordered 2 salads. We asked for melted American Cheese on top of our grilled chicken. Got the salads home, no melted cheese on either. Salad was ok taste wise, nothing to write home about. I know nothing about Brickhouse next to the rail road tracks except for mixed reviews. Perhaps pizza and subs are better. Place reminded me of college days. It honestly reminded me of a frat house. Employees joking around, not taking stuff seriously thus the reason you probably forgot the cheese on both salads. I can't give a better score. Is I could but for me I have to give you guys at most a 5. Normally I'd say maybe you were busy but it was a Monday evening and the place was pretty dead.

Simply said this place is a gem. All the food is fantastic and the service has been great. Most recently, I have found the place to be even better than before. The food is always fresh and hot. The pita sandwiches can’t be beat and the pizza is top notch- a huge hit at when we order for birthday parties!

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT OWNER SUPERVISOR Due to what happened this night, this business is getting 2 stars. I’m an old customer and this has never happened to me. Called 8:18pm to place a delivery order of large cheese pizza, paid over the phone. They said 20min. I called back at 9:05pm asking for status of my order and they hadn’t made the large cheese pizza. Was given two choices, Refund or send the pizza out? Chose to have the pizza, after all me and my family hadn’t had dinner yet!!! Management Supervisor please look into this. This could be happening to more than one family. 9:40pm writing this review and still pizza not delivered. Smh Came back to the review to change it to 1 star. I CAN’T believe your staff was capable of saying that they would send out a pizza and no one shows up.

Our first time ordering from here. Won't be ordering again. 1. The cheese sticks were nasty and not worth $6. It's just sub sandwich bread with bland oil and, as you can see, barely any cheese. (we could've gone to little ceasers for better cheese sticks and less money) 2. The pizza sauce is sweet which did not taste well. 3. The crust has a weird after taste and is super dry.
