Nigel's Good Food Express

Good food, though don't know why some other review said the wings were huge. Sweet tea from Lipton but sure is sweet.Got the meat three with country fried steak, sides of okra soup, collard greens, and Mac n cheese. Also got an appetizer of Geechie wings.Think this southern soul food tastes nice, little tang in the soup, guessing from mustard seasoning, and a little pepper in the collard greens, but overall pretty mild flavors. Or maybe they just meld well. Not overly salty or the like.

Service was horrible, food was not all that. I had people tell me they have some of the best food in North Charleston. If it is, I would hate to see the bad food.

This place used to be great! Not sure what's happened in the last few years it has certainly gone downhill. The food used to be delicious, it's now mediocre at best. The service used to be top notch, now everyone has a terrible attitude and act as if they're doing you a favor by even being there. My family and I have tried on several different occasions to allow Nigels to prove us wrong in our previous experiences, but we are always proven right. : So sad!

I feel this spot declined....the rice was hard the chicken was not fried hard and the waitress was not great I had to get up and flag her to request a refill...this location use to be real good with food and service but had declined

Small place, great real food. Lots of sides. Turkey leg was great.
