Swensons Drive In - North Canton

I love Swensons. It is one of the few places where my brother and I can agree. Burgers are great (although I wish we could ask them to be cooked a little less). We tried the new milkshake, Minze oreo and were not disappointed! Friends are always hot. The staff is always friendly.

Today was one of my best experiences with swamps. I came with a van full of friends and had a pretty server called Ricky serving us and he was just amazing. He sacked all 8 of our foods separately and made every conversation feel one on one. Great service and great food. Cajun onions always for dying.

Classic Swenson’s, great food, great service- those chaps working there really hustle for you. Great selections of shakes are made even greater when you mix and match- I had the blueberry-banana. Not a complain, but somehow, we ended up with prawns when we were looking for potato puffs, but I love prawns, so that was a nice mixup. I was with a bunch of muppets who refused to turn on the headlights, so we didn’t get service and they ordered online, so it took a bit longer than I had expected. When you pull up, turn on your headlights (please keep the air clean and don’t idle), and a server will be right out to take your order. Highly recommend, cheers!

Joe Mama was the best. All about him was the best of all time. Love the man's trust. Looks very good. 10/10 service. Even fast. I made my day 100x better. Love the man. Precision eye contact.

The best customer service is provided by a server named Brock. I visited the North Canton stand today and was welcomed by a server called Nevada and Brock was there too. Both are excellent. In particular, I waited by Brock at several locations and he is always on the go, supported and serves as well as watching that a customer needs attention and is right there to address a need. I hope Swensons knows and observe what they have in an employee like Brock. He is only excellent what he does, regardless of the weather, the time of the day, or any other condition. He focuses on the needs of the customers he is waiting for. WTG North Canton Swensons!!
