Ordered a cheeseburger meal and chiliThey did not make fries. I asked to be sure they come with the meal and they put some in the fryer and told me they would bring them out. Ate my sandwich and chili… still no fries… went to ask about them and the fries she put down were given to another guest! Good food but I would order online and pick it up since it’s cheaper that way. The price they give you if you order in store is more than what the website shows. One of the employees said this is corporate pricing and it’s different than what they have in store.
The General Manager of this store is phenomenal!! He has the best customer service ever. The food is always fresh and delicious too. Thank you for all that you do! We will forever be customers. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.
Had my door dash ready to go, was greeted with a smile, Austin the manager was very professional , courteous and made sure everything was in order asked if we needed help carrying it to the car.
Best burger in Ohio we've had. Double California burger reminiscent of In n Out. Like the matchstick fries and their dip is great. Kids love the worms in dirt custard. We've eaten at this location in Cincinnati, definitely recommend. Fast service, very clean. Also appreciate the military discount and veteran parking.
Customer service was amazing. Very friendly, smiley faces!! General manger was super helpful and very welcoming. Will definitely be back again!!
