So insecure and does not care about the security of the customer. I burned my hand this morning for a bad lid.

Soon I run in the name, they know what I want to say that I am my order, they are fast

Whoever is on the drive thru speaker today (9/8) 5:00 pm (woman) very unfriendly.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by name. They already knew what I wanted without me having to say anything, and the service was quick.

The restaurant is careless and does not prioritize customer safety. I burned my hand this morning due to a poorly designed lid.

The staff here is consistently friendly and always ensures that our orders are correct, unlike some other Dunkin’ Donuts locations.
