I love Fiorentina! Every single staff member was so lovely and assertive! The cakes... Oh man, I couldn't choose. The coffee is lovely and the servings are generous. I would definitely go back! View all feedback.
What Rémy Fournier doesn't like about Fiorentina:
Staff are so snooty even if you have been there many times. Actually, it's not the staff, it's the guy who acts like he's in charge. He could not look down his nose more if he tried. I am local, professional, non homeless person and would have thought I'd be the demographic for this place. To add insult to injury, I was charged $5 for a long black coffee the other day. I think because I also had a glass of water. Whi... View all feedback.
We used to go to this cafe about 2 years ago. It was pretty good at the time with a large range of cakes and menu. Now it's far more limited in both cakes and menu. After sitting down inside we were at first ignored for the first 10 minutes until finally the manager (owner?) noticed (pretty hard not to considering everyone on staff had to pass us between kitchen and the sidewalk outside tables..) and asked if we wanted to order or see the menu. We decided on a wagyu burger for myself and another for my daughter and grand daughter (aged 5) to share. I also had a mug of hot chocolate and we ordered a regular hot chocolate for my grand daughter along with a profiterole. The hot chocolates were great as was the profiterole. The wagyu burgers though, not so much... They were huge. I mean really ridiculously HUGE. A good 10 -15cm high at least with a double patty, bacon, cheese, and at least 3cm of salad. The problem was they were so huge you simply couldn't squish them down far enough to get your mouth around them making eating rather difficult. I ended up having to deconstruct the burger, remove most of the salad and then squish it all down hard with my palm just to make it a practical edible size. As for being a wagyu patty, I couldn't tell as all the taste was drowned out by the sauces, bacon and cheese flavours. At least with the sheer size of the burger you're getting your $19.50 worth.... The side chips with the burger were undercooked and the relish/sauce they come with too spicy and frankly it just tasted weird. I put that to one side and ignored it after. The girl serving our table was nice and efficient even for a busy Saturday afternoon, but if we go back I know I'm never ordering that burger again. I miss the old steak sandwich they used to have years ago. That was my favourite...

Woah, not sure why Fiorentina has such a low overall score but we enjoyed our breakfast muchly. They have a varied all day menu and we opted for the blueberry and vanilla buttermilk pancakes with lemon ricotta, berries and chocolate, wagyu burger with hand cut chips and their spin on eggs bennie with seared steak. The standout dish were the pancakes. Fluffy and the lemon ricotta was so good. Staff were friendly and engaging, we enjoyed the banter.... we'll defs be back!
Sorry to say but Fiorentina is very ordinary Had breakfast there with a couple of friends and we all agreed that it was nothing special Our coffees were cold ???? really disappointing - thought it would be good as it always seems to be busy on the weekends
My experience is quite consistent with the average rating of this place. One of my parcels got sent to the North Perth post office so I decided to stop over after picking it up for a quick breakfast. I wasn't particularly impressed with either the coffee or the food. Everything was mediocre. Staff are nice, though.
