What User likes about Cafe 99:
The Japanese Hibachi restaurant on Melbourne St wasn't open so we decided on Cafe 99. At first glance it didn't look too appealing. Decor was in need of a serious upgrade, and the table we sat at, hadn't been cleared. HOWEVER, we both ordered the seafood laksa and were not disappointed.
