Dunkin' - Norridge

This location is in a predominantly Eastern European community. There are many coffee shops and breakfast places but honestly the food here is quick and fresh. The tomato pesto grilled cheese is surprisingly better than most higher end restaurants. Theprices are reasonable (especially compared to surrounding restaurants). There is also a large parking lot! I?d recommend cominghere.

I place an order today at the register for a coffee with caramel and avocado toast with bacon my order was without caramel my coffee and no bacon on my avocado toast I don't know it's been happening a lot in every single Dunkin' donut franchise I get itis busy you guys are understaffed but it's not hard to read the screen

This Dunkin' location is my top choice for a quick breakfast in the area! The staff is wonderful, and I always have a great experience there. I highly recommend it!

Throughout the year, I've experienced issues with my coffee, often receiving the wrong flavor or even no flavor at all. The sandwiches have also been problematic—under-cooked, incorrect cheese, or sometimes lacking cheese entirely, and often served in a sloppy manner. Today, I decided it was time to write a review as my sandwich arrived without bacon, the cheese was hanging off the side, and the top slice of bread was half the size of the bottom one. I'm usually quite forgiving, but given the number of mistakes I've encountered, I felt the need to speak up. I hope the new place opening down the street will have better service. Otherwise, I might need to look for a new favorite spot. Wishing the team all the best.

I absolutely love pumpkin spice! The cold brew is always fresh, and the service is fantastic.
