McDonald's Corporation - Norman

This McDonald’s is located off Classen Blvd in Noble. It has a double order taking drive-thru. The dining room is open. The drive-thru was busy, but I had my order taken, paid and got my hot food in no time. The parking lot is big and the employees were professional and my order was correct.

There's a lot of complaints about the McDonald's but I use the drive through three or so mornings a week and have for the last couple months. Never any missing items and breakfast is always fast and fresh. Employees are nice.

That is a terrible experience. No one would come to the counter to take our order so that we used the kiosk. 23 minutes after the payment for our food they finally bring out our food, miss the half of the drinks we ordered. then when we started eating our food, everything was made incorrectly! do they tell me how to send out 2 bacon burger without speck?! it looks like this place is getting worse.

If I could give no stars, I would. the people who command are very rude! (no one asked you to work for mcdonalds) when I got my food, they did not give me our fries. I ordered 3 meals. the meals come with a fry and a drink. but at this point I don't think, and if they ask for the things they've already paid, the cash is going crazy. I would not recommend this mcdonald to a faithful dog. they probably spit into eating or give out old eating as they have done with my fries! I'll never be back!

These McDonald’s prove that when they work hard, they can also fail in business! on the drive threw and got the best answer. we do not accept orders! that should be a few on this place! Hopefully this is the beginning to know everything here, because surely it can go to another place and hopefully it will go down. new administration immediately required
