McDonald's - Norfolk County

I'm making this very short. I get my coffee on the car thru. it doesn't taste or smells like coffee, but chicken soup. I'm going in to get it for a new one. the girl wants to see my coffee so I can. they deliver the cup, they say rude, I don't want to touch them. then she made me a new coffee. I wonder what to do with this, and then she says very rudely that I should throw it in the garbage. I'm sorry you're fucking me and now it's my fault. I stopped going there because they're fucking my coffee. 3 months later it has not changed. I suggest that they check their order before they go through the restaurant or the ride. I think the customer deserves more respect than what is being received. I give them 1 star of 5. They even screwed my second coffee. happy my friends with this McDonald’s

Went by this am around 11, line up to drive threw was to rd, came to drive threw tonite 1018pm, and there are 6 cars waiting, and the made us wait. All day to figure their **** out.

I dont understand how its so hard to read an order and put it all together into a bag? .. like how does someone read extra pickles and ends up not putting any pickles on it at all

I stop here for breakfast or lunch with a coffee. Each time there seems to be less staff with less experience. Service is awful. Slow and not friendly. Since renovation it actually made it worse. Who would have thought. Takes way too long and orders...still messed up. How tough should it be to get a morning combo screwed up

The last few times my boyfriend and I have gone they just disappoint us more. They gave us a broken cup for our McFlurry so that spilt. We ordered a large fry and it wasent even filled to the top of the bottom rim. Then...to top it off, my boyfriend asked for not pickles or onions on his burger plus paid for an extra patty and cheese, and he got No extra patty or cheese, plus he got pickles and onions. They weren’t even busy, so there is no excuse for this. I took pictures to send to head office! So tired of this!!
