I understand that places are limiting how many people can go inside due to COVID 19 however, we could not see inside and opened door to see if maximum number of people were inside and were greeted by customers yelling at us to get...out!Have been here frequently and always had a lovely experience the sugar waffle cones are to die for! This restaurant offers plenty of choices of ice cream. Always a very busy place. Since it was mother’s day, every mother was getting a rose!

Four of us stopped in after a lunch at the Boat House. I love coconut, and was not disappointed with a coconut cream ice cream cone. Prices are reasonable, the ice cream is real, and there was a long list of flavours available. We sat outside on a bench in front of the store to enjoy the sun, the passersby, and our cones. What a nice treat on a Friday afternoon in May!
Very busy in the summer but definitely worth wait best ice cream in the area. Taste like homemade old fashioned ice cream
I always stopped here with the Kids and my ex girlfriend when I was in Rowan in the Summer. I have a boat docked at the Bluffs and we always come to town for groceries. When you come out of the grocery store , you can smell the fresh waffle cones being made at Twin's Parlour. You can't leave town without a cone. The hardest part is deciding on a flavour.
