I wanted to try Japanese home-cooked food, and I was happy to find it here. The staff were also very friendly. It would be great if I could enjoy a meal while listening to traditional Japanese folk music. Next time, I plan to come for dinner as well. View all feedback.
What Ajay H doesn't like about Sushi Mito:
I really wanted to like this place, but the food is really unimpressive particularly given the higher prices they charge. We ordered 8 rolls of various types and 3 entrees. So, we certainly had a variety to taste test. The fish was chewier than normal in most cases. I did bite into a bone once, but that can be forgiven. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 because service was good and friendly. I would not recommend this... View all feedback.
Probably the best fish outside of an omakase experience you can get in Atlanta. My wife and I both had sushi dishes (comes with miso soup and salad), but the bentos and noodle dishes looked delicious as well.If you are going on a weekend around lunchtime, come early or know you'll be waiting. Get a reservation if you can.
We had a reservation here for a company lunch. The service was top-notch. The waitresses were very kind and attentive. The room we were placed in had a clean, minimalist feel to it and no distracting or over the top decor. Now for the food...we of course, were first asked what we wished to drink once we were seated. Most everyone had some hot green tea, which they, the waitresses, made sure to refill if we wanted more. I personally had the tempura and salmon teriyaki. This, of course, came with soup and salad, which was Miso soup and ginger salad. The soup was hot, and the tempura was fluffy golden. The salmon was well cooked and seasoned. Overall the food was really delicious ? and you could tell it was well made. Props to their chef ?? ?? ? everyone only had good things to say about their food no matter what they ordered.I would definitely recommend this place for a business dinner but also just if you enjoy Japanese cuisine. From what I heard, their sashimi and sushi are pretty good as well.
This has been one of my favorite Japanese for many many years. Food is nice, price is decent and staffs are friendly. I do not know what else I should expect from a restaurant. Please stay the way it has been...Food: 5/5
Genuine delicious traditional Japanese food!Service is excellent and so nice to speak Japanese with the waitresses.Sushi is beautiful and great quality too!!Terrific authentic experience !
For starters, the food is always good. I don't know much about authentic Japanese food, but I like everything I've ever eaten here. Their service is always fantastic. And now that I'm a parent, I extra appreciate that they are super kid friendly. They anticipate what you'll need and bring it before you even ask. Really lovely place for a nice dinner.
