El Pollo Loco - Norco

The foods are great, but they seem to be short, it looks like there are only 3 people currently working. I ordered to pick up at 5:50, I went there 6:00 to make sure it was ready until I arrived there, but they did not begin to get the order until I came there and waited for another 10 minutes. I can see the staff running around nonstop, and there are even people waiting to place their order. I don't blame them for not being ready. Usually I don't wait a bit, only I had to run to another border and the extra waiting made me late. Just be warned that they seem very shorthanded.

Horrible experience the chicken was completely dry and it looks they dumped old chicken scraps in my salad! The ruined both salads by adding the wrong items and not removing the requested one. Not only was the order incomplete the mash potatoes were more soup like then the gravy! I know they aren't meant to be 5 star quality but where's the standard. Really hope this gets fixed because I can't imagine spending another 40 bucks here again.

I love el Pollen-Loco, but lately, the chicken is burned or very dry, the Zilantro dress is watery, and they give me the wrong tortillas or sometimes forget to include them with my meal. I can see from all other reviews that I am not the only disappointed.

On 4/6/22 at 1:17pm I had the worst driving feeling. First, I'm waiting for almost 25 minutes on the line. Participants: 155 Carla. R was super rude.. I understand that the store may not have any items on the menu. But she could have just said. Welcome and I'm sorry, but we only have chickens and pages on the menu. She waited until I demanded 3 different meals and denied me. When I finally got into the window, she didn't say she took my card. I gave my bag and turned around. So I'm waiting for her to come back with him, and two minutes later, she'll show up. She asked me what I ordered and said Fanta orange And finally she returns with it.. Seriously If you don't like your job, you'll get another one. I was wasting my whole lunch hour on the line and when I finally reached it, it was the one who slowed down the whole drive tru with their lack of customer service skills.
