betty burgers in melbourne has special meaning for us and so we were excited to go to the in noosa as it was where everything began for betty burgers. the service was good, no complaining. very covered. order came with a part of...Fries missing. sorted when we mentioned it. all 4 burgers were lukewarm and fries were cold and floppy. twirl rings were hot and seemed fresh. all in all, a disappointing experience. Very busy but not too busy to be coeliac aware. Separate fryer, change of gloves when making my granddaughters food….
Felt staff had clear understanding of coeliacs and gluten free requirements. Was advised everything on the menu could be adapted. Have now eaten burgers there twice and nil issues.
Server confidently understood coeliac needs and informed us of separate fryer. Food was delivered clearly marked and separated as coeliac safe :
Great experience and knowledgeable stuff. Make sure you mention your coeliac and they’ll make sure the cooks change their gloves etc.
Knowledgeable staff, a dedicated fryer and they take CC precautions such as changing gloves. I had a Bare Betty with chips and it was delicious. All sauces are GF too!
