The welcome wasn't great and the owner/chef turned people who hadn't reserved away in a manner that wouldn't encourage anyone to come back. The ambiance was ruined by the chef and his 2 accomplices drinking beer and speaking so loudly in the open kitchen that it was a waste of time having background music as you couldn't hear it.
