What Noel D doesn't like about D'ile en ile:
We support the local and ecological approach, sincerely, but we were disappointed with lunch with too family kitchen. 2 EPD menus without a drink at 45€/pers with gambas at the entrance (not bad), bar (pleasant but too cooked), fruit roasted with honey and canned with the rum arranged (moyen). For us the Q/P report is not there. In comparison we had seafood trays with oysters, lobsters, organic gambas... in the neigh... View all feedback.
A place and passionate people and respect for the living in all its simplest and authentic forms. Paradise of flavors for food intolerant, but also for epicure gourmets. Sobriety happy
Everything was really good! They have a real know-how on the vegetarian menu. It was not just a meatless menu, flavors, taste, everything was there. Made home and organic. 5 stars because I cannot put 18.
Generally references: This restaurant is cooking with organic food, preference coming from the region, only with gas (no induction cooker [but I don’t understand what is bad with induction cooker??? and no pan of aluminium (I know there are opinions meaning that aluminium ions are bad for health, and some believes that these ions has impact of the brain in form of Alzheimer's disease… but I don’t know what is right Positiv: They are try to do something different, supporting the organic farmers and to transport new ideas of helping the environment etc. That is really very very poitiv. Ambience: Not my taste. Inside The interior is a mingle mangle of different objects. Nothing math together Service: Friendly, but “stinky”. Mostly of antiperspirant are using aluminium bonding. So the service isn’t using them and unfortunately I have had 2 times the impression that they don’t use water so often. And you have to wait for the service. Food: Men and women get different things. You don’t order – they cook and they serve you. You need a lot of time between the meals. The taste is between ok and good. But 2 times I have been there, there has been no taste in my memory what stays in my mind. 2014 it was even worth than 2013. Sharp tongues from the island are telling that the quality of the kitchen is depending on the day when they are delivered. Drinks: The wines are OK and you get the bottles for a good price. Resume: The idea and to run such a restaurant is super good. The kitchen isn’t constant. I think, the ambience and service need to be improved.

The reception was of great kindness and the service was very well on the other hand.
