Costco Food Court - Niles

This food court doesn't deserve even 1 star. Was calling to make my pizza order. They told me that it will take 35 minutes. I was earlier than that. Did shopping, been told by young woman that it's not ready yet, then walked up again after 15 minutes, she knew what I'm waiting for but didn't even walk up to me or ask or whatever, some other woman server asked me what I wait for and once I told her my name and order it came up like they never placed order by phone! I was waiting over 40 minutes for nothing. Very unprofessional, very rude and definitely the most unpleasant server (young woman wearing mask) I had to deal with recently. I'm very very very disappointed.

Nicest people working here. I love the lady with the tats, she has such a nice and kind demeanor and always smile. Good food, great prices, best customer service.

Ordered a pizza today. After waiting 25 min they said it was in the oven and would be out soon. Come to find out they hadn’t even made it yet. I got a refund and left. Wasted over a half an hour and nothing to show for it.

Called 3 times to place an order on the phone but there was no answer. Just as I had thought, when I got there, they were extremely busy. Although some guests seemed to be upset because of the long wait times. The employees were all very friendly and professional. I feel they did a great job! 2/19/22- Saturdays are always busy, including gas station.

Surely a place to take a date if you’re looking for quality fine dining.
