My family and I went here two times already and the customer service is always top notch! We always visit around 2pm where it’s not too crowded. Yesterday, I ordered beef rib soup, but there was a lot, so I took half and brought it home. Today, while eating it for lunch, I found a fly in it, so my stomach got upset, so I vomited everything I ate, and I was in a bad mood. I checked the app site to call the restaurant. We’ve tried many Korean restaurants in every city we visit. And, we have tried a lot. By far we can say with confidence that this is one of the best! The vibe is wonderful, its spacious, clean and server are very friendly helpful. The food is amazing. You can tell they use high quality meats as they just melt in your mouth. The appetizer and all the side dishes are great too. This is definitely a hidden gem in Niles, IL. We’ll definitely visit here again whenever we are in Chicago area.
