Onoda Takoyaki- Mckinley Exchange

Love their Takoyaki here. One of the authentic ones I've tasted.

Masarap, pero sungit ng isang bagong staff. I was just asking if she can put some extra tempura flakes and her response was... BAWAL! Wala mang lang, sorry sir, pero hindi po pwede.

Not really a fan of Takoyaki but this one's surely A MUST TRY! The taste is rich and authentic unlike others! It's like I'm literally food trippin' in Japan. not to mention, no wonder the business has grown in a short span as they give not just quality tasting products but as well as service from their friendly and helpful staff in their respective branches.

Staff-Annie ay Ayala terminal going to BGC was not customer friendly at all. Early in the morning, buying their product for breakfast and upon asking if it can be mixed, staff said kailan po kayo nakabili ng mix? with a condenscending attitude. I haven 't ordered yet and while getting my money which is 1000 peso bill straightvaway she said walang barya again with the nakasimangot face. I only tried this product because my office mate told it was good. It may be good but if the service is like this, I wouldn 't think of going back and recommending it to my friends. Hopefully, the management can train their staff better in customer service Good day. Thanks for hearing out my feedback
